harry in a mullet

honest. i am not obssessed with harry. but i love the back stories of the other characters. book seven was definitely all about harry. the book is named for him after all. but i have always loved supporting characters more than the bida. maybe because i am one too... as sky high calls them "hero support."

anyway thefirst bit is not a spoiler.

tat and i were chatting on YM yesterday after i sent her a link on the post below. at a certain point in our conversation, we both realized that harry was from our generation. i'm only two years older than he is as he was born in 1980. which means harry potter is an 80's child!

isn't that fun?!

at some point, he must've worn a mullet, hermione had her hair in a tease, ron wore hand-me-down baston pants from percy, snape had neon green shirts under his cape, mcgonnagal had shoulder pads, trewlaney wore fancy jewelry, slughorn lugged an attache case and dumbledore had a magic clutchbag under his armpit.

the thought and visual imagery is such a trip, i can't get over it.
