idjots

How excruciating to be continually barraged by the images of the idjots (calling them idjots instead of idiots allows me vent my anger more) running the Philippine government? And yet, I couldn’t get my eyes off the news the last weekend because of the whole Proclamation 1017 hullabaloo. What should have been a commemoration of the 20 years of EDSA People Power turned out to be a day of irony when the clearly paranoid Arroyo declares “state of emergency.”

We all know how the last weekend went. And each event just highlighted how dim-witted and inept the administration is. Watching three consecutive news shows on ANC evidently showed this. On separate interviews, the two palace jesters Mike Defensor and Raul Gonzales were trying to defend the proclamation 1017 ending up contradicting themselves as various opposition lawyers and journalists barraged them with constitutional facts on the “state of emergency” and freedom of expression. (Notice that “state of emergency” always has to be in quotation marks, because the only emergency I can see right now are the people in power). And there is NTC commissioner Solis doing a Pontius Pilate regarding pulling the plug on media networks, passing on responsibility to KBP or Lomibao.

There are those who are Gloria tamagotchis fumbling and bumbling their way through interviews as they defend the idjotic proclamation of GMA. Some are like Solis who are reluctant players simply trying to not lose their jobs.

After seeing them all on TV, I just realized what is making me more irritated with the whole thing. In neon signs, I saw the problem. THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT ARE REALLY BEING RUN BY IDJOTS!!! It has been obvious from day 1. But the fact that they can’t even do a decent “palusot” as we call it, makes them more annoying!

I’d like to say to their faces, “dude, we all know this is a bullshit proclamation by GMA, not to protect the state but her own hide because she can feel that her time is up. But please, get your heads together and make a unified statement so you don’t end up contradicting yourselves. Idjots. Ang tatanga niyo!” I could imagine the Marcos cronies doing a better job.

The whole thing isn’t scaring me. It’s turning out to be a sample of black comedy that’s turning out to be more entertaining than movies like “Lord of War.” Jah.

If GMA were truly smart, she’d just have let the people rally last February 24 and 25, shut her trap and not paid them attention. By dinner time of Saturday, they’d be home with their families waiting for ten o’ clock to watch Pinoy Big Brother. Everything back to normal.

But no. She did what she did. The usually apathetic people are wanting to move. The usually scattered opposition are starting to unite. The usually obedient and unified soldiers are starting to split. Exactly what she doesn’t want to happen. (but no, i am not for another people power. it has become utterly embarassing. resign. that is the right thing for her to do.)

Duh. If she were so smart, the Filipino have stopped responding to threats since they have already gone through martial law. If she were typical Pinoy, she should have just ignored everybody and half of everybody would have ignored her.

But 1017 is still not lifted (it shouldn’t have come into being in the first place) because she isn’t smart. She’s less of an idjot than Defensor and Gonzales (and up and coming is Marius Corpus), but she is evil and blinded by power.

A bully and her chuwariwariwap boys.
Idjots. Idjots. Idjots.
And damn it, they’re in power.
Government idjots. Oops. Redundant.

Si Mang Rudy ang na-evict. Sigh. Understandably so. Walang angle sa kanya e. He’s the most boring housemate there is, being of normal ego and lacking in desire to play on his celebrity status. Sana matuloy yung mga balak niyang fun runs. Dun na lang natin siya suportahan. Magpapa-autograph ako. Hehehe.

Sana sunod na me-evict si Christian, kasi angas siya. or si rico kasi ang kulit niya. mehn.

at yan ang tunay na mahalaga sa bayan. hehehe! (imagine walang nawalang episode kahit may state of emergency!)

kasi mas gugustuhin pa ng pilipino na panoorin na lang ang pagkakantad ni rustom kaysa sa subaybayan ang kabalastugan ng mga idjots! hehehe:)
